As a Harlem native and former community outreach worker during the HIV/AIDS epidemic, Lori is an expert in communicating with historically marginalized communities to understand their health needs. In addition to educating a new generation of public health leaders, Lori envisions a transformed healthcare system where the medical establishment can partner respectfully with communities as they advocate for patients.
